The bungalow is situated in a peaceful valley alongside the start of the River Seaton in a beautiful rural area to the north of Liskeard. The land used to be the gardens of Rosecraddoc Manor, and several stunning 100 year old rhododendron bushes line the road to the property.
There are many picturesque walks and attractions close to the property, which is also ideally situated for accessing beaches on the South coast such as Looe and Seaton, or towns in North Cornwall including Launceston and Bodmin.
In the village of St Cleer, Horizon Farm shop sells local meat, fruit and veg, bread and cakes as well as a great selection of groceries and household essentials. There is also a cafe within the building ‘Cliffords at Horizon’ which provides both homemade main meals and snacks.

Trethevy Quoit – a neolithic portal chamber in Tremar.
Looked after by English Heritage and the Cornish Heritage Trust.
Minions – the highest village in Cornwall. There is free parking in the village and a small shop and two tearooms. Start a walk from here to visit The Hurlers and The Cheesewring and explore Cornwall’s mining country!
Siblyback Lake – enjoy stunning views on a 5km walk around the reservoir. There is a great cafe, an enclosed dog field and a park for the children.
